Delegation of the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association Participates in the 2025 Dialogue Between the Prime Minister and Vietnamese Youth

On the afternoon of March 24, in celebration of Youth Month 2025 and the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2025), the delegation from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association joined 300 outstanding youth representatives from across the country to attend the 2025 Prime Minister’s Dialogue with Vietnamese Youth in Hanoi. The event was held under the theme:
“Vietnamese Youth: Pioneering in Science-Technology, Innovation, and National Digital Transformation.”

Attendees included:

• Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính

• Deputy Prime Minister Bùi Thanh Sơn

• General Lương Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security

• Mr. Nguyễn Đắc Vinh, Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee for Culture and Society

• Ministers of Industry and Trade; Education and Training; and Health

• Leaders from various central and local departments and agencies

• Mr. Bùi Quang Huy, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union

• Around 300 outstanding youth delegates representing over 20 million young people nationwide

Key highlights from the dialogue:

• Youth’s leading role: The Prime Minister emphasized the vital role of young people in advancing science and technology, fostering innovation, and driving national digital transformation.

• Future-oriented guidance: He encouraged youth to align their career paths with emerging sectors that are shaping Vietnam’s development.

• Supportive policies: The dialogue addressed national policies supporting youth in education, research, entrepreneurship, and participation in digital transformation.

• Direct exchange: Delegates had the opportunity to pose questions and engage in open discussions with the Prime Minister and other senior leaders.

With the message: “Resources stem from vision and mindset, motivation stems from innovation and creativity, strength stems from the people and enterprises”, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính called on Vietnamese youth to uphold the spirit of “Wherever there is a need, youth will be there; whatever is difficult, youth will overcome”, urging them to stay proactive, creative, and committed to their pioneering mission in the era of science, innovation, and digital transformation.
