Digital Literacy for All – Experts Bringing Technology Closer to Vietnamese Youth with Disabilities
In order to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation, and in response to the “Digital Literacy for All” movement launched by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association, in coordination with experts in technology and digital content, is organizing the program “Digital Literacy for All for Vietnamese Youth with Disabilities.”
The goal of the program is to bring technology closer to youth with disabilities, helping disadvantaged young people access and effectively use digital tools, develop personal skills, grasp technology, and apply it to their learning and working lives. To achieve the desired results, the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association has invited leading experts to share, guide, and support youth with disabilities:

Together with the experts, the program not only provides knowledge about technology but also offers tools and resources to meet the needs and capabilities of youth with disabilities.
Through this program, the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association hopes to contribute to building essential digital transformation skills and the application of artificial intelligence tools for youth with disabilities, so they can be strong, seize opportunities in the digital world, and become proactive, creative individuals in work, study, and life.
