Digital Literacy for All – Inspiring Innovation and Creativity Among Vietnamese Youth with Disabilities

In order to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 by the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation — and to respond to the “Digital Literacy for All” movement launched by the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Vietnam Youth Federation Central Committee — the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association, in collaboration with Microsoft experts, is organizing the program:

💡 “Digital Literacy for Vietnamese Youth with Disabilities” 💡

📅 Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 12, 2025
📍 Venue: Microsoft Office – Capital Place Building, 29 Liễu Giai, Ba Đình District, Hanoi

Program Objectives:

✅ Establish a “Digital Literacy for All” task force tailored for Vietnamese youth with disabilities
✅ Introduce and promote the advanced functionalities of Microsoft’s AI-powered tool, Copilot
✅ Empower youth with disabilities to optimize work and life, enhance their digital skills, and unlock personal growth and confidence

Program Highlights:

🔹 Youth with disabilities will gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in using AI-driven technologies, specifically Microsoft Copilot
🔹 Raise awareness and digital literacy skills, enabling participants to effectively use devices and platforms in the digital transformation era
🔹 Post-program goal: Equip at least 100 youth with disabilities to confidently and proficiently use Copilot, boosting their tech skills and self-assurance in daily life
