Program Objectives

• Equip persons with disabilities with professional online sales skills, enabling them to start a business on platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, and TikTok — from basic to advanced levels.

• Connect participants with businesses and product suppliers to support sourcing and business model development.

• Support the creation of online sales channels and sustainable income generation through digital platforms, empowering persons with disabilities to work independently and achieve financial autonomy.

Course Details

📅 Start Date: March 5, 2025
⏳ Duration: 30 days per class – 1 session per day, each lasting 90 minutes
💻 Format: Online via Zoom with practical exercises on Facebook, Zalo, and TikTok

The 30-day program is divided into 3 phases:

🔹 Phase 1 (Days 1–7): Basic Knowledge & Business Preparation

• Turning disabilities into strengths in sales

• Essential steps for successful online selling

• How to sell on Facebook & Zalo for beginners

• Creating a TikTok channel and selling on TikTok Shop

• Choosing the right product to sell

• Practical exercise: Setting up accounts & publishing your first sales post

• End of Week 1: Participants will complete real-world assignments and join a mid-week recap session via Zoom

🔹 Phase 2 (Days 8–9): Product Experience

• Participants will directly experience sample products and practice posting and trial selling on Facebook and TikTok

• Learn how to record short product review videos to attract customers

• Receive feedback from the instructor and adjust content to better reach potential buyers

🔹 Phase 3 (Days 10–30): Sales Practice & Skill Enhancement

• Improve customer outreach skills

• Learn professional sales strategies and how to grow your online sales channels

• Practice real-time livestream selling – Master the art of engaging customer conversations

• Discover effective sales techniques and build a long-term business plan

• End of course goal: Participants will conduct real sales activities with a target revenue of at least 2,000,000 VND
