The Congress is held under the action-driven spirit:
“Vietnamese Youth: Patriotic – Aspirational – United – Pioneering – Creative – Confident in a New Era.”

  • Date: December 17–18, 2024

The Congress welcomes 980 delegates—youth leaders, members, and exemplary individuals—representing nearly 21 million young people and members across Vietnam.

Among them are 117 delegates from the 8th Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation; 813 elected representatives from provincial and municipal congresses, affiliated clubs and associations, member organizations, and military units; and 50 appointed delegates.

The delegation includes 609 men and 371 women, with 196 delegates from ethnic minority groups and 119 affiliated with various religious communities.

In terms of academic background, the Congress brings together 1 professor, 2 associate professors, 26 PhDs, 293 master’s degree holders, 552 with university degrees, and 44 with college or vocational training qualifications.

Over two days (December 17–18), delegates will engage in a full agenda of Congress activities.

Delegates will divide into six thematic discussion groups focusing on:

  • Patriotism

  • Preserving and promoting national cultural identity

  • Learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship

  • Volunteering for the community

  • Solidarity, integration, and development

  • Strengthening the Vietnam Youth Federation

In addition to the working sessions, delegates will participate in a wide range of activities held before, during, and after the Congress.

The Congress’ Plenary Session will welcome senior leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, along with representatives from various ministries, agencies, and past leaders of the Federation.
The event will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television (VTV), Voice of Vietnam (VOV), and across the Federation’s official digital platforms.

The Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Delegation is proudly represented by five outstanding members, joining youth delegations from cities and provinces across the nation.
